Production Services / CNC Routing

Commercial
CNC Routing

Large-format routing for businesses that need accurate parts, capable equipment, and a fabrication partner who understands how the pieces will be used.

More Than Machine Time

Turn drawings, samples, and ideas into workable components.

American SME provides 3-axis CNC routing from our Schertz, Texas shop for manufacturers, contractors, fabricators, designers, and institutions. We can work from finished CAD, help prepare production-ready geometry, or use an existing component as the starting point.

Our role is not limited to cutting a file. We consider material behavior, tooling, hold-down, part orientation, sheet yield, assembly requirements, and the practical details that affect whether the finished parts work.

We review the drawing, sample, material, quantity, tolerance, and final use.

02

Plan

We establish tooling, layout, holding, machining sequence, and part identification.

03

Verify

When appropriate, we produce a prototype or first article before the full run.

04

Produce

Approved parts are machined, organized, and prepared for pickup or delivery.

Commercial Projects Only

Built for businesses and organizations.

We focus on commercial manufacturing, construction, institutional, and specialty fabrication needs—not personal crafts or small consumer projects.
